They also take care of probation periods and mid and end-of-year appraisals negotiated with the client. Furthermore, we conduct semi-annual personal satisfaction surveys, and provide English and German classes for the teams during working hours. In addition to that, we also provide professional improvement budget* management as well as the team building activities.
